Employers can cover individual employees, and employees may choose to upgrade to a family membership at their own expense—allowing their spouse and children to receive the same care without increasing the employer’s cost.

There’s a one-time enrollment fee of $99 per person or family, starting May 1st 2026. If you sign up before then, the fee is just $49.*
