Yes, that’s an option too! Please reach out to hello@cimarronfamilypractice.com and we can give you a link to set this up. See the Membership page for pricing.

Membership includes unlimited appointments, including in-person, telehealth (as long as you are somewhere in the state of Colorado), and even home visits for those with significant mobility impairment preventing them from being able to come in to the office.

Not at the moment. In my personal opinion, we as providers often over-medicalize life and a symptom of that is a pressure or expectation to check labs more often than needed. I’d be happy to request labs for a specific reason or concern that you have, and to recommend when a routine lab screening may be helpful. If you don’t have insurance, I’ll help you have access to discounted pricing for labs.
-
Membership includes the ability to send messages through the patient app for non-urgent questions. I review and respond to these messages during normal business hours. This helps me give thoughtful, safe replies while maintaining a sustainable practice.
If something is truly urgent outside of office hours, an urgent care clinic or the emergency room is usually the right place to seek care. For issues that are concerning but not emergencies, I aim to offer same- or next-business-day appointments whenever possible.
-
Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. However, if you want to re-enroll within 12 months of cancelling, there will be a $200 re-enrollment fee.

I don’t offer single, one-time visits. In order to book an appointment, patients need to be enrolled as members of the practice. This allows me to provide thoughtful, unrushed care, maintain continuity, and be available to my patients in a meaningful way. Membership keeps the practice small and sustainable so I can focus on long-term health rather than quick visits.
If you’re looking for urgent or one-time care, an urgent care clinic or walk-in clinic may be a better fit.
